FOX HOLLOW GOLF COURSE
"Kudos to the City of Lakewood and the fine group at Fox Hollow. I played your course for the first time in March and again in April and really enjoyed it on every aspect- the people really care about the experience which is ultimately what makes the difference, we can play golf anywhere. I am a member of a well known golf course in Summit County and found that playing rounds at your course is equally as enjoyable and the service and attention from the pro shop (There is a lady there that is especially pleasant and helpful) and how well the courses play. My (2) sons live in Lakewood and referred me to Fox Hollow, and we are playing more as a family and having a great time. I have recommended Fox Hollow to other 'Mountain Folk' as we are still several weeks away from play here in Snow Country. “Played ‘The Links’ recently. Pre-paid for a group of 4. One person in my group hurt their wrist and couldn’t make it at the last minute. The folks at the pro shop were very understanding and gave us a rain check ‘free round of 9’ card rather than making me eat the cost. Very professional and will be back for that alone! For being in March, the course was in great shape. Loved the views. The layout, if you are walking anyway, is a bit confusing at a few holes (7 to 8 threw us off, probably easier on a cart and now that we’ve played here it won’t be an issue again). Pace of play was a bit slow but that’s part on us, part on the group ahead of us, and part on the fact that the course is hilly and so walking it takes longer. “Always a great place to play! friendly staff and the 3 9-hole courses are very different. Also always well maintained greens and fairways.
